Account & Registration

Account creation, login, verification, and data management at 399bet

Signing up at 399bet is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the registration, fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number with area code, state, email, and password. Once you confirm the verification email, your account is active. 399bet allows only one account per CPF. Your first deposit of R$ 20.00 or more via Pix automatically activates the welcome bonus.

On the login, click "Forgot my password". Enter the email address registered with 399bet and you'll receive a reset link shortly. Be sure to check your spam folder. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you can't remember which email you used, reach out to 399bet support via live chat — with your CPF and date of birth, the team can restore your access within minutes.

No. 399bet allows only one account per CPF. The system automatically detects duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, address, or payment method. Duplicate accounts are suspended and bonus balances are cancelled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. If you already have an account and can't log in, please contact support.

No. 399bet is a platform exclusively for users 18 and older. CPF verification is required at registration and automatically blocks minors. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately. Parents and guardians should keep their login credentials secure.

To update your email, phone number, or address, go to "My Account" > "Profile Settings" after logging in. Changes to sensitive details such as your CPF or full name require you to submit a photo ID (RG or CNH) for verification by the 399bet team. Please contact support via live chat for those cases.

KYC (identity verification) at 399bet is required for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when irregular activity is suspected. The process requires: a photo of your RG or CNH (front and back), a recent proof of address, and a selfie holding your ID document. Documents are reviewed within 24 business hours. Completing KYC in advance prevents any delays at the time of withdrawal.

To permanently close your 399bet account, go to "Settings" > "Responsible Gaming" > "Permanent Self-Exclusion", or contact support via live chat. Closure is irreversible. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification, within up to 5 business days. Learn more at Responsible Gaming.

Yes. You can access your 399bet account on mobile, tablet, and desktop without any restrictions. Your account is linked to your CPF, not your device. What isn't allowed is creating more than one account with the same CPF. On shared devices, we recommend not using the "Stay logged in" option and always clicking "Log out" when you're done.

Deposits & Pix

Payment methods, minimum amounts, and processing times

After logging in to 399bet, go to "Deposit" in the financial panel. Select Pix, enter the amount (minimum R$ 20.00), and click "Generate QR Code". Open your bank's app — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, or any other Pix-enabled bank — and scan the QR Code or copy the Pix key. Your 399bet balance is credited within 30 seconds, with no fees.

The minimum deposit at 399bet is R$ 20.00 for Pix, boleto bancário, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. For credit and debit cards, the minimum may vary depending on the card network. There is no defined maximum deposit, but transactions above R$ 50,000.00 may require additional verification for banking compliance purposes.

399bet accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (any bank), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfer from any Brazilian bank. No foreign payment methods are accepted.

Pix deposits are processed in up to 30 seconds. If your balance hasn't appeared after 5 minutes, check whether the QR Code you used was still valid — each code has an expiration time. Also check your bank statement to confirm the debit went through. If the debit shows in your bank but the balance isn't showing in 399bet, contact support via live chat with your transfer receipt — the team will sort it out on the spot.

399bet charges no fees on boleto deposits. Boleto bancário processing takes 1 to 3 business days after payment for the credit to appear in your account. For that reason, if you need funds quickly, Pix is always the recommended option — no fees and confirmation in up to 30 seconds.

No. 399bet requires that all payment methods used be linked to the same CPF as the account holder. Deposits made using a card, bank account, or Pix key in someone else's name will be declined and may result in account suspension for violating the Terms & Conditions. Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

399bet doesn't set a default deposit limit for most players, but you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in the Responsible Gaming on your account. It's a voluntary control tool — you set the limit and the system enforces it automatically. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one has a 7-day waiting period.

Withdrawal

How to withdraw your winnings from 399bet quickly and safely

Go to "My Account" > "Withdraw", select Pix, enter the amount (minimum R$ 30.00), and provide the Pix key registered to your CPF — this can be your CPF, email, phone number, or random key, as long as it's in your name. Confirm, and the funds are credited to your bank account within 30 seconds, with no fees charged by 399bet. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The minimum withdrawal at 399bet is R$ 30.00 via Pix. There is no standard daily withdrawal limit, but amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may take up to 24 hours to process due to banking compliance requirements. For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal in that range.

Pix withdrawals are normally processed within 30 seconds. If the funds haven't appeared after 30 minutes, check: (1) that the Pix key you provided is correct and registered to your CPF; (2) whether there are any pending document verification requests on your 399bet account. If everything looks fine, contact support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number — the team will look into it right away.

No. For security and regulatory compliance reasons, 399bet only processes withdrawals to bank accounts and Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are automatically blocked. If you need to transfer funds to someone else, withdraw to your own account first and then transfer from there.

Your bonus balance at 399bet can only be withdrawn after meeting the rollover requirement — which for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount within 30 days. Once the rollover is complete, the converted real-money balance becomes available for withdrawal via Pix as normal. Your real balance (deposited funds) can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus.

No. 399bet does not charge any fees on Pix withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your bank account, with no deductions. In some cases your bank may charge its own Pix receiving fees, but that is outside 399bet's control. Check with your bank to see if any incoming Pix fees apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

How bonuses, rollover, and exclusive promotions work at 399bet

The 399bet welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit. If you deposit R$ 100.00, play with R$ 200.00. The bonus is automatically credited after your first deposit — no promo code needed. The rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, with a 30-day window to complete it. For full details, visit the Welcome Bonus.

Rollover (or wagering requirement) is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawing any winnings from it. At 399bet, the standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x. Example: R$ 100.00 bonus × 30 = R$ 3,000.00 in cumulative wagers required to unlock the withdrawal. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 and casino bets both count toward the rollover. Cancelled bets and cash-out bets do not count.

The 399bet welcome bonus is automatically activated after your first qualifying deposit — no code needed. Simply create your account, make your first deposit of at least R$ 20.00, and the bonus will be credited instantly to the "Bonus" tab on your dashboard. If you received a specific promotional code from a campaign, enter it in the corresponding field during registration or before making your deposit.

Yes. 399bet offers a weekly casino cashback for active players. The percentage and limits vary based on your account activity level and current promotions. Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday under the "Bonus" tab in your account. Check the specific terms of the current promotion in the promotions panel after logging in.

Bonuses at 399bet may be cancelled for the following reasons: (1) the rollover period expired before the requirement was met; (2) a withdrawal was made before completing the rollover; (3) violation of the Terms & Conditions — such as using multiple accounts; (4) betting on markets excluded from the bonus terms. If you believe there has been an error, contact 399bet support via live chat with the relevant bonus number.

Yes. 399bet runs daily poker freerolls for verified accounts, with real-money prize pools. Special tournaments are held during major Brazilian football events — Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores — featuring free bets and exclusive prizes. Keep an eye on the "Promotions" tab after logging in to see the freerolls and tournaments available on your account.

Football & Sports Betting

Brasileirão, odds, bet types, and cash out at 399bet

Yes. 399bet offers real-time live betting on all Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana, as well as state championships and international friendlies involving Brazilian clubs. Odds are updated every second based on in-game events, and cash out is available on most markets during the match.

399bet offers dozens of markets per match: full-time result (1X2), Asian and European handicap, over/under goals, both teams to score (BTTS), correct score, first goalscorer, corners, cards, time of each goal, and much more. With combined (accumulator) bets, you stack odds across multiple matches on a single ticket to maximize your potential return.

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving an amount calculated based on the current odds. If your bet is winning, cash out returns less than the maximum payout — but locks in a profit. If it's losing, it can help cut your losses. At 399bet, cash out is available on pre-match and live bets for the Brasileirão and other competitions. The cash out value is displayed in real time under "My Bet History".

At 399bet, odds are displayed in decimal format. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odds. Example: R$ 50.00 × 2.40 odds = R$ 120.00 total return (R$ 70.00 profit + R$ 50.00 staked). The 399bet platform automatically calculates your potential return as you build your bet slip, before you confirm the wager.

If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, 399bet refunds the staked amount to your account with no deductions. The refund is processed automatically within 24 hours of the official cancellation being confirmed. If a match is postponed by less than 24 hours and takes place within that window, all bets remain valid.

Yes. Beyond football, 399bet covers basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, MMA/UFC, boxing, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2), and other sports popular in Brazil. The full calendar of events available for betting is in the "Sports" section once you're logged in to your account.

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact 399bet support via live chat as soon as possible, with the bet ID available in your history. The team will review the settlement based on the official competition results. Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of the bet being settled.

Casino & Slots

Slots, Live Casino, crash games, and jackpots at 399bet

399bet offers more than 3,000 casino games, including slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and other leading providers, crash games like Aviator and JetX, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live poker with real HD dealers, plus progressive jackpots. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed before you start playing, ensuring full transparency.

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total bets that a casino game returns to players over the long run. A slot with an RTP of 96% returns, on average, R$ 96.00 for every R$ 100.00 wagered — across thousands of spins. In the short term, results are random and can vary significantly. At 399bet, all RTPs are certified by eCOGRA and GLI and are publicly displayed before each game.

The 399bet Live Casino streams HD tables of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker with real human dealers in professional studios. You watch the dealer live via camera, place your bets through the digital interface, and results are broadcast in real time. 399bet partners with Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, global leaders in live casino. Access it through the Live Casino after logging in.

Crash games are titles where a multiplier climbs from 1x and you need to cash out before it "crashes." Cash out in time and your stake is multiplied by that value; wait too long and you lose the amount wagered. At 399bet, the most popular crash games are Aviator (Spribe) and JetX (Smartsoft). They're fast, straightforward, and highly volatile — perfect for a quick bet between Brasileirão matches.

Progressive jackpots accumulate a portion of every bet placed by all players into a prize pool that keeps growing until someone wins it. At 399bet, the main progressive jackpots are found in Pragmatic Play slots (such as Mega Wheel and Gates of Olympus Jackpot). The accumulated prize is displayed before each game. Any player who has met the minimum bet requirement can win the jackpot on any spin. Learn more on the Jackpot.

Yes. All games available at 399bet use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and GLI — the same bodies that certify the world's largest casinos. RTPs are regularly audited and published. 399bet has no access to the games' RNG — results are controlled by the certified providers, ensuring complete independence and randomness.

Poker

Tables, tournaments, rakeback, and how to play poker at 399bet

399bet offers tables of Texas Hold'em and Omaha (PLO) in cash game and tournament formats, available 24 hours a day. Buy-ins start from R$ 0.02 for beginners and go up to tournaments with a R$ 500,000.00 guarantee. There's also a Zoom/Fast Fold format for players who prefer a faster pace, and Sit & Go for quick single-table tournaments. Access via the Poker.

Rake is the percentage the casino takes from each pot won at poker tables. At 399bet, the standard rake in cash games is 5% with a cap (maximum ceiling) per pot. Rakeback is a partial refund of that rake — at 399bet, active players receive rakeback of up to 40% weekly, credited automatically every Monday to your account. The more you play, the higher your rakeback level.

The Sunday Million is 399bet's flagship weekly poker tournament, held every Sunday with a guaranteed prize of R$ 500,000.00 in prize pool. The buy-in is R$ 109.00. Satellites (qualifying tournaments) run throughout the week with buy-ins starting at R$ 5.50, giving you a seat without paying full price. The tournament is available in the tournaments section of the poker lobby once you're logged in to 399bet.

Yes. 399bet runs daily poker freerolls exclusively for verified accounts, with real-money prize pools at no entry cost. It's a great way to practice, build your bankroll, and get familiar with the 399bet poker lobby without risking your own money. To join, verify your account and head to the tournaments section in the poker lobby — freerolls appear automatically for eligible accounts.

Yes. The 399bet poker lobby is fully optimized for mobile. Visit 399bet-play.net in your Android or iPhone browser, log in, and head to the Poker section. The interface automatically adapts to your screen, letting you play multiple simultaneous tables at the same quality as desktop. For quicker access, add the 399bet site to your phone's home screen.

How 399bet protects your data and what to do if issues arise

399bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all traffic between the user and our servers — the same security standard used by Itaú, Bradesco, and Nubank. Read more at Privacy Policy.

Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, scan the QR Code displayed on screen, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm activation. Never. 399bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, SMS, or phone. If you receive any message asking for your password on behalf of 399bet, treat it as a phishing attempt — don't reply, don't click any links, and notify us immediately via live chat or at suporte@399bet-play.net. Change your password right away if you suspect your account has been compromised.

If you suspect unauthorized access: (1) change your password immediately using the "Forgot my password" option; (2) go to "Security Settings" > "End all active sessions"; (3) enable 2FA; (4) contact 399bet support via live chat or email at suporte@399bet-play.net describing the situation.
